Welcome to the Locker Room League. The easy fantasy football game where you pick the seven players you think will score the most touchdowns each week. We had 30 players in 2025.

SCORING

Touchdowns are the only game! Score the most points each week by picking players who score touchdowns. Only touchdowns are scored in this league (no yards, carries, receptions, etc). Players score 4 points per passing TD, and 6 points per rushing/receiving TD.

Only players playing on Saturday/Sunday/Monday can be selected. This fantasy league does not include games played on Thursday/Friday (to simplify the submission deadline).

PRIZES

Weekly results and Overall standings will be sent to everyone by email each Tuesday. They will also be available for viewing on the online Leaderboard.

There are 4 rounds in the season. The highest scorer during EACH Round wins $100:

• Round 1: Weeks 1 – 4
• Round 2: Weeks 5 – 8
• Round 3: Weeks 9 – 12
• Round 4: Weeks 13 – 16

At the end of week 18, the Overall Prizes will be awarded to the overall top 4. With 30 players that would be:

• 1st Place: $670
• 2nd Place: $305
• 3rd Place: $185
• 4th Place: $60

The highest score in a single week wins free entry into next season’s Locker Room League.

HOW TO PICK

Each week, picks are due by 1pm Eastern / 10am Pacific Sunday (aka the first kickoff on Sunday). You will be emailed a custom Online Pick Form which will list popular players at each position. You may re-enter your picks any number of times, but only your most recent entry will be scored.

In weeks with games on Saturday, your picks are due either before kickoff in the first game any of your players are in, or the above time (whichever comes earlier).

If you fail to make your picks by the deadline for a given week, then your entry from the previous week will be scored (except for QB).

PICK RULES

Each week you will pick 7 players at these positions: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE. You may pick any player from any team. There is no draft, no ownership, no salary cap, and the picks of others do not impact yours. Each week you may pick an entirely new 7, or pick the exact same 7 (except for QB).

ONCE ONLY QB RULE

Each week you must pick a different QB than you have already picked in a previous week. Repeated QB picks will not be scored. You should try to pick the QB in their best week as you will only be able to use that player once throughout the season. The list of QBs you have already picked will be available for your reference on this website.
